I love this series so much! The storyline continues through all of their games, so I would highly recommend downloading them all. Really cool game

If you are a fan of the eerie mysticism that is the "cube escape" series, you cannot pass this one up! Just like its predecessors, the game leaves you asking as many questions about the ever-evolving world of rusty lake as at give you answers. You will finish the game desperately wanting to know what happens next in the best possible way! The rusty lake series is just as emotionally captivating as it is fun and challenging! So before playing this game, I would recommend playing through the first 6 cube escape games in proper order. There are several references to developing plot lines and other stories throughout the game that would seem rather disjointed if you were unaware of the back-story. If you are good at puzzles, this game will not take you long... Between 3-6 hours at most. It will take about 3-4 play-throughs to find all the hidden bonus items. Even with that in mind, it is definitely worth the $2 price tag since this is the developers first piece of premium content. My hope is that if this is a financial success for the rusty lake team, they will be able to invest in the time and the manpower to make even deeper and broader glimpses into the fantastic world they are creating.

I have been waiting FOREVER of this game to come out, and it was definitely worth the wait!!

Capitalism is horrifying.

Its like a David Lynch cartoon world filled with brilliant writing and adventure game/puzzle elements that, frighteningly, make perfect sense after you marinade your brain in the games world for awhile. Dont forget to download this devs Cube Escape games too. Theyre free and from the same universe.

Closest thing you can get to an app made by David Lynch. Lovely and bizarre. Great purchase. Cant wait for the sequel.

I am truly a fan of the Rusty Lake aesthetic storyline and gameplay. Not only is the artistry superb; the movement between frames and scenes is fluid, and is accompanied by the *perfect* beautiful, yet eerie soundtrack. As to the gameplay itself, the puzzles are clever, and are (disturbingly) satisfying. The complexity is great. The series itself has a storyline in which each game fills in a bit of the broader story. This one certainly delivered in revelations. Completely impressed, and cannot wait for the next!!

The escape games by this developer are on point! Best $1.99 I ever spent in the app store as far as Im concerned! The puzzles are challenging and the plot is always interesting! Theres a dark side to these games, which I admit, I enjoy. Thats what makes these games so intriguing! If you like challenging point and click escape games, you wont be able to put this one down! Why are you still reading this review? Go buy it already!!

They really did with this one. The puzzles, the mood, the style. If you like dark themed adventure, this is a great game. Loved it.

This game took me a few hours to complete. It had me enthralled and furious at the same time. I am about to play through again to perfect it.

I love this series-its thoughtful, engaging, unsettling, beautiful & eerie. The music is haunting and the atmosphere pulls you in. The puzzles make you focus on the smallest detail and some are out & out funny (a boar crap sandwich that gives you gas?!). This is the thinking mans (or womans) game & I cant wait for the next one!!

I enjoyed this game is was from a different angle , most games are all the same but this one is truly unique and completely different . Cant wait to see the next one . Theres a lot of thought behind the story and the puzzles were also challanging and fun ! Two thumbs up !

Solving can be a little tricky (for me, anyway), but the humor that is inserted into these games is off the chain! Please make more, and FAST! I am a huge fan.

Playing this game is like participating in your own dark drama- its clever, just the right amount of challenging, but most of all it has a mysterious plot that keeps you interested. Plus, the animation is absolutely stunning- a great game visually and mentally.
